To become an operational team member you need to:

• be over 18 years old
• be physically fit - able to walk 5 miles in 2 hours
• live and/or work within the County of Cheshire
• be a team player who will be accepted by the members
• communicate well with others
• listen and carry out instructions
• be enthusiastic and reliable for training and fundraising
• willing to learn new skills and apply these
