Delamere re-visited - 6 April
This evening Party Leaders were tested by having to take control of a search with only the guidance of a Police Search Advisor. Party Leaders, Colin, Jim and Jeff quickly decided and organised team members and search priorities to search for a missing despondent male. The teams were tasked effectively to search the area around Primrose Hill, Delamere and the hazardous area of Urchins Kitchen.
The key priorities for tonights training were:
- Management of 'find-site' safety
- Identification of access and egress points
- Effective casualty evacuation of a live casualty
