Cheshire Show Planning Begins - 14 April
This is our second year at Cheshire Show and preparation commenced tonight with a meeting between Cheshire Search & Rescue Team and St John Ambulance Cheshire.
This year, after many discussions, we have been requested to provide a 'missing child & vulnerable adult welfare team'. This service is provided by us to the organisers and St John to locate missing children and/or vulnerable adults during the event which is hosted over 2 days in June.
Jo McClure said, "The meeting was a successful start to ensuring we meet the needs of all concerned and I look forward to the run up of the event and indeed the event itself. We have a stand within the Countryside Experience section and I hope now the weather holds for us as it did last year. This is a busy time for us and the support we have received is incredible."
