Team teach at Warrington Collegiate - 10 May

We had a very kind invite to teach the Uniformed Services Course at Warrington Collegiate today.

Dave McClure and Dominique Shrubb taught the students about the role of Cheshire Search and Rescue Team within the County and the role of search and rescue within the mainland UK. We also taught the group about major incident management and missing person behaviour. Using table top exercises we ran live incidents to enable students to get a hands-on perspective for the sensitive topics in which were taught and some of the scenario's in which we respond to.

Many thanks to Jaime Lee-Barron, Course Tutor of Uniformed Services at Warrington Collegiate. We look forward to developing links further by returning to the college next term.
