Preparations take place for major search exercise - 23 May
This morning team members met at our storage unit to prepare equipment and vehicles for a major police search exercise in Delamere to be held on the 30th May.
The members began the morning with a spring clean of the storage unit including clearing unused equipment and tidying the area.
The vehicles and operation equipment were the main priority today. Vehicles were emptied of all equipment and cleaned thoroughly before the members were treated to bacon and mushroom butties. The members attention was then concentrated on equipment maintance and cleaning.
The day was successful and a lot was achieved. Many thanks to those that came to assist us including the under 16's support team who had fun cleaning the vehicles and with the hosepipe in the blistering heat.
