Rope Safety

There are many steep hills and cliffs in Cheshire which the team may be asked to search. The team has a number of members who hold Mountain Leader registration and as such are qualified to lead training on the use of ropes. This training ensures that team members are confident in searching on steep ground and, if necessary, carry out a rescue effectively and efficiently with team safety being paramount.
